History
- 1974
Founded as a one-product company focusing on the after-market sector
of the marine field.
- 1977
Moved to Northville, Michigan 3,000-square-foot facility opened.
- 1980
Purchased designs and equipment from Warner Gear, division of Borg Warner
Corp., to produce a line of marine transmission oil coolers.
- 1981
Moved to larger facility.
- 1989
Entered the OEM diesel market with the addition of an upgraded version
of our proprietary press-fit assembly machine.
- 1995
Purchased and renovated former historic Ford factory building in Northville,
Michigan, occupying 30,000 square feet.
- 2000
Opened second plant in Oxford, Michigan, to produce stainless steel
plate oil coolers.
- 2003
Achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification.
- 2005
Patent granted for C-28 modular polymer heat exchanger.
- 2006
Moved to a new 58,000 square foot manufacturing facility, uniting all operations under one roof.
- 2007
Acquired all necessary equipment and tooling to produce charge air coolers.
- 2008
Patent granted for polymer power steering unit design.
